Dessert with butter cookie crumbs, poppy seeds, apples and whipped cream

Christmass-style dessert, it`s my variation about popular polish cake Makowiec/ Makownik

First layer:
150 grams wheat flour
2 tablespoons icing sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
Pour the ingredients into a bowl, knead the dough, shape the dough into small balls and flattening them  using hands or a fork. Arrange cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper, bake at 170-180 degrees (without thermo circulation) until golden. Cool them and crush part of them up with your hands into big crumbs.

Second layer:
1.5 cups of grounded poppy seed (I bought already graunted poppy seed called  “mak mielony”) 
½ glass of milk (glass = 250 ml) 
A fistful of chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon raisins 
1 tablespoon candied orange rind or grated rind from fresh orange 
3 tablespoons liquid honey 
2 tablespoons sugar 
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar 
½ teaspoon cinnamon
All the ingredients, except poppy thrown into a saucepan, bring to a boil, pour poppy seeds and cook briefly over low heat until the poppy swells. Cool it.

Third layer:
6 small apples
Sugar and vanilla sugar to taste
Wash the apples, peel them and cut into small cubes. Initially watered ½ glass  water and then fry in a pan until apples  disintegrate and water evaporates. In the middle of frying, add sugar and vanilla sugar (not much, apple layer should be slightly sour, You can also add few drops of lemon juice ). Cool apple souce.

Fourth layer:
A bit of icing sugar
300-400 ml light whipping cream or heavy cream
Whipp cream with the suggar to stiff.

When all the ingredients are cool, arrange them in layers in special cups.  Serve immediately or after 30 minutes of cooling in the refrigerator. This is the recipe for 3-4 big desserts, it depends how big cups You have.
