Pieczonki / pra偶onki from the oven or simply casserole

This casserole is usually prepare in cauldron by the fire, but baked in the oven taste also very good馃槒

You need:
Potatoes (about a kilogram, so that cut into slices covered the bottom and top of casserole)
500 grams of pork meat
300 grams of raw, smoked bacon
2-3 carrots
2 onions
1 beet
Salt, pepper, hot pepper powder, 2 bay leaves, 3allspices, mixed spices (marjoram, garlic, paprika, cumin, rosemary, etc.)
Fat to grease the backing pan

Wash potatoes, peel them and cut into slices (about 0.5cm), pour cold water, leave it. Wash the meat an bacon and cut it into cubes (I don`t use skin from bacon). Peel the vegetables. Cut onions into slim half moons, carrots in the rings and beets in the cubes. Grease casserole dish with butter and arrange layers: potatoes, meat, onion, salt, pepper, paprika powder, allspice and bay leaves, beets, carrots and other potatoes (they should cover other ingredients). Sprinkle it with spices (use a lot of pepper and hot pepper). Cover the dish, put it in a cold oven and heat the oven to 180 degrees of Celsius (up and down heats), bake it for about 1.5 hours. Casserole taste the best served the day after cooking, after being thoroughly well re-heated.
