Millet groats casserole with prunes and cream

Healthy and tasty dessert 馃構

You need:
1.5 cups of millet groats
4 glass (glass=250 ml) of water
1 egg
1egg yolk
1 glass (250 ml) of  sour cream
400 grams of pitted prunes
4 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon vanillin sugar
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon butter or oil
Butter to grease

Rinse prunes in hot water. Take millet into the pot and pour 4 glasses of boiling water. Add the butter or oil,  a pinch of salt and cook groats covered, stirring often, for 20 minutes or according cooking time given on the package. When it`s ready set it aside to cool . Blend sour cream, yolk and egg with remaining sugar and vanillin sugar, add 2/3 of created sauce to milled groats, mix it using a tablespoon or Your hands. Grease 24 cm springform  with butter and arrange layers: groats-prunes- groats. Pour casserole with remaining sauce. Bake it in oven preheated to about 160-180 degrees  of Celsjus,( up and down heating) about 30-40 minutes, to golden. Serve warm or after cooling ( cool casserole is easier to portion), f.e. poured with cream.
