White cheese (quark) baked with egg yolks and caraway seeds

Old recipe, I`ve heard, that my great-grandmother always prepared this cheese for Eastern breakfast. To do it, You must have „white cheese”. You can buy it in some polish shops - is named „ twaróg” or „ser biały”. I think, that You can also use a quark ( If it has a lot of liquid You can drain it on a sieve).

You need:
500 grams of white polish  cheese
5 egg yolks
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
Salt, pepper
Butter for greasing

4 egg yolks, cheese, lots of salt and pepper put in a bowl, mix until smooth using a blender. Add the caraway seeds, mix with a spoon. Translate mixture  into small loaf bread baking pan, greased with butter. Beat remaining egg  yolk with a fork, grease the top and put it into the oven preheated to 170-180 degrees of Celsjus (top + down heating). Bake it for about half an hour, until light golden brown. In the middle of baking, grease the top with egg yolk once again. Serve after cooling, with fresh bread.
