Pork-vegetable soup with tomato juice

There is nothing more that I love than soup when it’s cold outside. This soup is warm, haearty and full of vitamines 馃槉

You need:
500 grams of pork
1 liter of spicy tomato juice
2 handfuls of  fresh or frozen yellow beans
2 handfuls of fresh or frozen peas
1 bag (100 g) of barley groats
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 pickles
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
2 bay leaves
5 grains of allspice
Salt, pepper, lovage leaves

Cut the meat and onion into small squares. Warm up 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot, throw the meat and fry briefly until brown. Add onion and fry with meat for a while. Pour a liter of hot water, add the smashed garlic, soy sauce, bay leaves and allspices. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. After this time add potatoes and pepper cutted  into small cubes and carrots cutted in half-slices. Cook  everything together uncovered for about 15 minutes. Meantime, in other pot cook pearl barley groats, while shorter than recommended on the package. Add to the soup beans (cut them in half, or break them it  the hands if they are frozen), peas and  cutted into small cubes pickles. Cook for about 10 minutes and then pour to the soup ¾ pack of spicy tomato juice (or all, depending on your preferred consistency), season with a pinch of salt, pepper and lovage, add drained barley groats. The soup tastes best another day, after re- heating.

Enjoy Your meal!
