Rice casserole with strawberries and egg foam

I love strawberries, thanks to frozen, I can eat them all over the year. Today I show You recipe for one of my fovorites strawberry dish.

Ingredients for 24 cm springform:
1 glass( glass = 250 ml) of white rice
3 glass of water
500 grams of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 eggs
Sugar (1 glass + 1-2 tablespoons)
Butter to grease
Vanilla sugar

Cook rice in 3 cups of water with a spoon of sugar and a pinch of salt as much time as is stated on the package (15-20 minutes), take care and don`t  burnt it. Set it aside to cool. When it`s ready, preheat the oven to 180 degrees of Celsjus ( up+ down heating). Separate the egg whites from the yolks and mix rice with egg yolks and with vanilla sugar using Your hands. Take it to the springform, greased with butter, make the top smoothy. Put the strawberries and take it into the oven for 10-15 minutes. Meantime, beat whites with a glass of sugar and pour the casserole. Put it into the oven and bake for about 20 minutes (foam should have a biscuit color). Cool casserole in open oven. Serve when it`s still warm or after cooling.
