Baked zucchini stuffed with meat, vegetables and cottage cheese

My idea for baked , stuffed zucchini with topping from cottage cheese. Zucchini tastes really good, both just after baking and re - heated the next day.

You need:
5 small zucchini
40 dag minced meat
2 pack cottage cheese (1 pack = 180 g)
½ red bell pepper
1 tomato
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon oil
Salt, black pepper, powdered paprika, dried lovage

Wash vegetables, peel onions, cloves of garlic and tomato. Grate onion and garlic on a small holes of grater. Red bell pepper and tomato cut into small cubes. In a pan heat up a tablespoon of oil, add meat, onion and garlic, fry for a while stirring frequently. When the meat change colour, add tomato, red pepper and spices and fry together for a while. At the end  add tomato paste. Remove ends of the zucchini and cut each of them along in half. Hollow out the zucchini using teaspoon, salt each of them. Stuff the zucchini with meat stuffing and then sprinkle them with the black pepper. Put them in the oven heated to 180 degrees of Celsjus and bake them about 15 minutes. At this time, drain the cottage cheese on the sieve to remove the cream. Take out zucchini from the oven, scrape cottage cheese on top of zucchini and bake for  another 15 minutes ( until zucchini is tender and and the cottage cheese is lightly melt). Serve stuffed zucchini with porridge, potatoes, garlic sauce or solo.
