A delicious and healthy salad with celeriac and orange

This is my favorite salad in the autumn and winter season. I usually eat it with toast and cheese, but you can also eat it solo or with Your dinner. This is the recipe for one person:

You need:
1/4 of the root of a medium celeriac
2 apples
1 small orange
A few drops of lemon juice
Roasted sunflower seeds and walnuts for sprinkling (you can also add raisins)

Preparation:

Wash and peel vegetables and fruits. Roast nuts and sunflower seeds on a dry pan. Grate apples and celery on a fine grater, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix. Add the diced orange, sprinkle with walnuts and sunflower seeds, and start eating馃構.
