Home-made pudding(or custard) with baked apple

Light, vanilla dessert, just right for a winter evening.

You need:
2 soft apples
2 cups of milk
4 flat tablespoons of potato starch*
2-3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of sugar with real vanilla
A pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:
We wash the apples, put on a baking grate lined with baking paper (preferably in the middle of the grate, because a lot of juice can emerge from the apples and stain the oven), put in the oven, set the heat to 170-180 degrees of Celcjus and bake the apples until the skin cracks and apples will be tender  (about 10-20 mins). During this time, prepare the pudding: pour the milk into the saucepan, add the remaining ingredients and cook on a small gas, stirring constantly. When the pudding thickens,  cook for another minute, then take it off the gas and cool it stirring from time to time.  Slightly cool the apples and peel them with a teaspoon. Put the cooled pudding and apples in the cups making layers.
* You can also use wheat flour, but You have to mix it with milk using a blender.

Enjoy Your meal!
